Organisation theme
Configure the active organisation's Console theme and branding assets.
Theme sets the palette, fonts, images, and favicons every member of the active organisation sees across the Console. The same logo, colors, and fonts style the PDF investor statements, and the Documents tab sets the legal entity name, entity details, and disclaimer those statements print; an empty field falls back to the logo's alternative text or the platform's standard disclaimer. Saving compiles a new theme version with no separate publish step. Members receive it when their Console loads the saved theme. A hard-to-read palette or broken image remains until an administrator corrects it or selects Reset to platform defaults.
Use Theme to apply the organisation's branding to the Console. It changes nothing about which accounts can act for the organisation or what the organisation can transact; those stay under Admins & roles and Networks.
The editor does not check whether a colour combination is readable: it validates that a colour value parses, not that text stays legible against its background. Use the preview panel as your actual readability check before you save, and check body text, links, and controls in both light and dark modes. The same applies to images: each image slot has its own accepted file types and a 5 MB size limit, uploaded to separate file storage rather than stored inline like the organisation logo on Profile. A presigned upload link expires after 15 minutes, so a slow upload that misses that window needs a fresh attempt rather than a resume.
Steps
Open Theme
Open Organisation settings, then Theme. Choose the relevant editor tab.

Screen equivalent: the editor groups theme controls into tabs and shows a preview of the current draft.
Edit and save
Change the palette, fonts, or images. The preview panel recompiles as you edit, so review it before you commit. Select Save changes to write the new theme version, or Reset to platform defaults to discard organisation overrides.
Troubleshooting
A palette value is rejected
Correct the invalid colour value shown by the editor, then save again. The editor blocks the save until every colour parses.
The Save button stays disabled
Save is unavailable while a logo or image upload is still in progress, or while the draft matches the last saved theme. Wait for uploads to finish, or make a change first.
An unsaved draft reappears after a browser reload
Draft changes persist per user and per organisation while unsaved, so a reload does not lose in-progress work. Save or discard the draft to clear it; switching organisations does not carry it over.
Saving fails with a version conflict
Another save landed on this theme after you opened the editor, often from a second Admin or System Manager editing it
around the same time. Reload Theme to load the latest saved version, then reapply your changes on top of it rather
than forcing your stale draft over the newer save.
Deciding whether to reset or manually revert a palette
Reset is the right tool only when the organisation wants the platform's out-of-the-box theme back across the board, images included, since it clears everything at once with no way to keep some customizations and discard others. If only the palette needs correcting and the images should stay, edit the palette colours back by hand instead of resetting; reset offers no partial option.
