Essentials

Choose a Console screen for pending work, indexed history, participant context, or search.

Whichever management area holds the actual work, these are the screens a Console session starts from or returns to. Dashboard orients you right after sign-in. Actions runs a pending operation you can execute; anything else shows "Unavailable", except a custody-pending row, which names your provider and explains that it is still signing. Activity is the read-only record of what already happened. Acting as switches which participant the rest of the Console treats as active, and so whose data and authority it uses next: a participant is the platform's one record for a person, an organisation, or an account. Search jumps straight to a record you already know by name or address, without navigating menus to find it. Use the relevant management screen to change an asset, participant, or report.

Reach for the sidebar directly when you already know which management screen you need; it gets there faster than any page here. Come back to Essentials when you are not sure what needs attention, or when you need to confirm an operation actually finished. You also land here when you administer more than one organisation or wallet and need to change which one the Console is scoped to.

Match what you need to a screen

What you needOpen, and why
You just signed in, or are not sure what needs attentionDashboard: role-gated cards route you onward
You need to run or check a pending operationActions: the active participant's queue
You need to confirm an operation already settledActivity: indexed history, never work still in flight
You manage more than one organisation or walletActing as: relocates scope without switching your sign-in
You already know the name or address you wantSearch: opens the detail page, or copies the address for a contact or system contract

Pending work and settled work look alike at a glance. An operation still waiting for you lives on Actions; Activity holds only indexed history and never shows work still in flight.

Check the active participant

Dashboard, Actions, and Activity follow the participant selected in Acting as. Dashboard uses that participant's roles to choose its cards. Actions lists its work, and Activity lists its indexed events on the selected network.

Search uses a different scope. Asset visibility follows your signed-in account, while other categories follow the active organisation and network or your personal contacts. Changing Acting as does not give Search the selected participant's asset holdings.

Open a screen

Dashboard

The page the Console opens to after sign-in. It shows an Administration view with role-gated management cards, or a Portfolio-first view, decided once on load from the roles the active participant holds.

Actions

The queue of pending, upcoming, and completed operations for the active participant. Only one of the three kinds of pending row offers a control to press; custody signing and multisig co-signing both happen somewhere else.

Activity

The indexed event history for your account and active participant, with block and transaction references. Pending work appears in the activity tray.

Acting as

Selects which participant's data and authority the Console uses next. It relocates scope; it never grants a role the participant does not already hold.

Finds an asset, a user, a contact, an organisation, or a system contract you already know by name, symbol, or address. Selecting an asset, a user, or an organisation opens its detail page; a contact or a system contract has no page, so Search copies its address instead.
