All assets
Find tokens issued by your organisation and open their management workspaces from one table.
All assets lists the tokens your organisation issued on its EVM networks, across asset classes. Open a row to inspect the token or use its "Manage Asset" menu. Reading the list changes no asset state. For totals and trends, open Insights. For tokens deployed outside the platform, open External tokens.
The table follows the active organisation and network in the sidebar. Search and column filters narrow that scope. If an asset is missing, check both selectors before concluding that it does not exist. When the table is empty and several networks are available, a network dropdown appears with the prompt "If your assets are on another chain, switch here."
Steps
Open the list
Open "Asset management" in the sidebar, then "All assets". Tokens appear newest first. The table includes the token's identifier, symbol, asset class, asset type, instrument template, amount, status, and price. "Amount" shows total supply. "Name" and "Updated" are hidden by default; select "View" to show them.

Screen equivalent: one row per issued token, with the search field and filter controls above the table and a shortcut menu on each row.
Narrow the results
Search by token name, symbol, or contract address. Add filters for "Asset class", "Asset type", "Instrument template", or "Status" to narrow the results further.
Filter menus show only values with matching assets under the current scope and filters. If an expected value is absent, clear the other filters and check the selected network.
The "Instrument template" column links each token to its template definition for the admin, system manager, and token manager roles. Every other account sees the same name as a plain label: a role gate on the link, not missing data.
Open the asset or act from the row
Select the asset's row. Its workspace shows the token name, a status badge, the "Manage Asset" menu, and tabs. "Asset Details", "Holders", "Actions", "Compliance", and "Documents" are always present. Other tabs depend on the asset's features: for example, "Permissions" requires access management and "Governance" requires voting power.
The row's shortcut menu offers "View details" and "Copy address". "View on Explorer" appears when the selected network has a block explorer configured.
For an integration, use the token collection in the Platform API reference. The pagination guide explains how to page through results.
Troubleshooting
An asset is not listed
Clear the search and filters, then confirm the organisation and network in the sidebar. Search by contract address if you have it. If the table is empty and several networks are available, use the network dropdown in the empty state to check the network where the asset was issued.
Issue new asset is missing
Signal: no "Issue new asset" control appears above the table. Cause: the button is shown only for an account with token-create permission. Fix: ask an organisation administrator to grant it if issuing assets is part of your role.
A filter option you expect is not in the list
Signal: an asset class, type, or template you know exists does not appear as a selectable filter option. Cause: the menus list only options with at least one matching asset under the current scope and the filters already applied; an option with zero matches is left out rather than shown with a count of zero. Fix: clear the other filters first, and check the network selector, since an option returns once assets that would match it are back in view.
Frequently asked questions
Does All assets show assets that belong to other organisations?
The table lists tokens issued by the active organisation on the selected network. Switch organisation in the sidebar to view its issued assets.
What does the Updated column show?
For an issued token, "Updated" shows its creation time. The table sorts tokens newest first by this value. The column stays hidden until you enable it under "View".
Do paused assets stay in the table?
Yes. Pausing changes an asset's "Status" to "Paused" and blocks transfers, but the row stays listed and its workspace stays reachable, which is how you find the asset to unpause it. Use the "Status" filter to isolate paused assets during an incident review, or to exclude them from an inventory pass.
Can I issue a new asset from this page?
Yes, with token-create permission. The "Issue new asset" button above the table opens the same guided flow as the sidebar's designer entry, and the new asset appears in this table on the network it was deployed to once issuance completes. The flow itself is documented on Issue new asset.
