Platform admin

Create and review organisations, manage the network catalogue and its RPC endpoints, and choose which systems the indexer tracks. Platform administrators only.

Platform admin administers the DALP Instance itself, across every organisation on it, not any single organisation's own configuration. Reaching it takes the platform's Admin role, one of exactly three off-chain values an account can hold, Admin, Owner, or Member; holding Owner does not open these pages, since the guard accepts only Admin. The Console sidebar lists this group as Platform settings; this page names it Platform admin instead. Without the Admin role, none of the three pages below are reachable, and an account that opens one directly by its URL is refused the same way, landing on Organisation participants instead.

Organisations

Create an organisation and list every one on the platform, each row showing its owners, member count, and asset count on the network you've selected. A new organisation becomes visible platform-wide immediately, written into the same table every other organisation-scoped screen reads.

Networks

Define the platform's network catalogue and each network's RPC endpoint pool; a change reaches every organisation shortly after you save, with nothing to restart. An organisation's own Networks page adds an available catalogue network to that organisation. It cannot edit the global catalogue or RPC endpoints.

Indexing scope

Choose which systems the platform's indexer tracks on each network, from what it has seen announced on-chain. Excluding one doesn't stop it from working on-chain, only from appearing in the Ledger Data it feeds, until you re-include it.
