Invest
Use Invest to find Primary Offerings open to the active participant, then subscribe within the limits each offering actually enforces.
Invest lists each Primary OfferingA Primary Offering lets an issuer sell newly issued units once and resolve payment, allocation, and delivery or refunds as one on-chain outcome.Read the concept currently open to the active participant, the person or organisation selected in Acting asDelegated Authority lets a signed-in operator work inside another party's account. One check decides who may enter; the party's own roles decide the rest.Read the concept. In the sidebar it sits under Wealth, beside Portfolio, even though this page family is named My assets in this documentation. Use Invest to find an offering, review its terms, and subscribe. Once a position exists, Portfolio is where you track and act on it. Invest shows only what you could still acquire; it never lists what you already own.
An offering's visibility, subscription conditions, and outcome are separate checks. A row needs both visibility and an investable phase. The active participant must have participated already or be able to discover the offering. The offering must also be a live public sale or an eligible presale. Otherwise, the list omits it without an error. Whether Subscribe appears on a visible row is a further check, the sale's phase, an accepted payment currency, and remaining headroom. How a submitted purchase eventually resolves, to a claimable success, a refundable failure, or a pending state, is the third and last.
The Subscribe control depends on the sale phase, an accepted payment currency, and remaining allocation. A failed check hides the control.
Subscribing is not reversible from this page: confirming a purchase submits it immediately, with no cancel or edit step afterward, and the payment currency leaves your wallet for the offering's contract. If the sale fails, your contribution is protected from issuer withdrawal for a 30-day refund grace period after the failure; a pending sale means the funds are already committed with the outcome still undecided. Claiming tokens or a refund is likewise irreversible once confirmed. Browsing offerings and opening their detail pages changes nothing.
Open Invest
Under Wealth, select Invest.

Each offering card shows its raised amount against target, its opening and closing dates, and the active participant's purchased position when one exists.
Find an offering
Compare the cards' raised amount and progress against target, and their opening and closing dates. A card shows Your position only when the active participant has already purchased a nonzero amount; otherwise that row is left off the card entirely rather than shown as zero.
Open the offering
Select the offering to open its Subscription page. Review Overview for progress, pricing, investor count, and schedule; a conditional My Investment tab appears once you hold a position, and My Activity and Pricing are always present. A Documents tab appears once the offering's sold token has resolved, and lists whatever public documents exist for it, plus holder-only documents once you hold a position. Check the eligibility panel, when one is shown: it reads exactly one of Eligible, Not eligible, or Action required, and the panel is absent entirely until a verdict has loaded. Not eligible and Action required both block subscribing; see Troubleshooting for what to do about either.
Subscribe, if the offering allows it
If Subscribe is present, select it and choose an accepted payment currency. The picker lists only currencies the offering currently accepts, so an unsupported currency never appears as a rejected option; it is absent from the list. Enter an amount; the Console clamps it to remaining headroom automatically. It then checks the amount against sale start, remaining headroom, presale whitelisting, first-purchase minimum, your maximum allocation, and the presale per-address cap, in that order, before letting you submit. Accept the terms when the sheet asks for it, then confirm.
Troubleshooting
No open offerings appear
Signal: the page shows its empty state instead of any cards. Cause: no offering currently passes both checks the page applies, participated in or discoverable to the active participant, and a live public sale or a presale the participant is whitelisted for; this is a legitimate, common state, not a fault. Fix: confirm the participant in Acting asDelegated Authority lets a signed-in operator work inside another party's account. One check decides who may enter; the party's own roles decide the rest.Read the concept, then check back during an offering's active window. No broader view exists to switch into from this page.
Invest shows an empty state and I can't tell if it's really empty or broken
Signal: the page shows the same "no offerings" copy whether the organisation genuinely has zero eligible offerings, or whether the Primary Offering capability was never installed. Cause: the Console renders identical text for both conditions; there is no distinguishable empty-capability screen to tell them apart, even though the underlying cause is completely different. Fix: do not try to read the difference from this page. Ask an organisation operator to confirm directly whether the Primary Offering capability is installed and configured; that is the only reliable way to rule the capability-missing case in or out.
Subscribe is missing on an offering I expected to buy into
Signal: you open an offering's detail page and there is no Subscribe button anywhere, with no message explaining
why. Subscribe appears only when the sale's phase is active or about to start, an accepted payment currency exists,
and headroom still remains against the cap. When any one of those is false, the button is omitted entirely rather than
shown disabled or paired with a "closed" or "paused" message. Fix: check the offering's stated opening and closing
dates and its raised amount against target on the card. If the window has not opened, has closed, or the offering is
fully subscribed, that is why Subscribe is absent; there is no workaround from this page.
My payment currency isn't in the picker
Signal: a currency you expected to pay with does not appear in the payment currency selector inside the buy sheet. Cause: the picker only ever lists currencies the offering currently accepts; an unsupported currency is not shown as disabled or rejected with an error, it is left out of the list. Fix: choose one of the currencies actually listed. No separate "unsupported payment asset" message exists to look for; the absence from the list is the entire signal.
My purchase amount was reduced automatically
Signal: the amount you typed changes on its own before you submit. Cause: the Console clamps your entry to the offering's remaining headroom and shows a warning notice on the confirmation card explaining the reduction. Fix: read the notice before confirming; a smaller result means the offering has less headroom than you assumed.
My purchase looked approved, but it still failed
Signal: a spend approval step completed, but the purchase itself did not go through. Cause: an on-chain condition can still cause the purchase to revert after your approval succeeds; when this happens, the Console decodes the specific on-chain reason rather than showing a generic failure. Fix: read the stated reason in the failure message; it names the real cause, so retry only after that specific condition, such as headroom or eligibility, has actually changed.
Eligibility panel shows Not eligible or Action required
Signal: the eligibility panel names a verdict other than Eligible, and Subscribe is unavailable as a result.
Cause: the sale token's compliance modules returned a verdict against the active participant, with a row underneath
naming the specific reason, such as a blocked country, an expired claim, or an unverified identity. Fix: when the
verdict is Action required, select Complete verification on the panel to open the platform identity flow and
resolve it directly. When the verdict is Not eligible, the block is issuer-controlled rather than self-resolvable;
if you believe it is wrong, contact the issuer, since no self-service path exists from this page.
Frequently asked questions
Does an offering's vesting schedule change whether I can subscribe?
No. Vesting only changes when claimed tokens unlock after a sale succeeds; it has no part in whether Subscribe appears on an active offering. The buy gate checks the sale's phase, an accepted payment currency, and remaining headroom, not the vesting schedule. An offering with a long vesting schedule accepts a subscription the same way one with none does. Only the claim timeline differs afterward, shown on the offering's My Investment tab once your position resolves.
If I hold positions in several offerings, do I claim or refund each one separately?
Yes, and within a single failed offering as well: refunds are claimed one payment currency at a time, never as one combined transaction across offerings or currencies. The Claim all button on a failed offering's My Investment tab drives each currency in sequence, so a reverted currency shows its decoded reason and a retry option without rolling back a currency that already settled. A separate offering's claims are entirely independent and need their own visit to that offering's page.
Can I subscribe to the same offering more than once?
Yes. Each purchase is checked on its own against the offering's current headroom, your maximum allocation, and, during a presale, the per-address cap; only the first purchase into an offering is checked against its minimum amount. A later purchase into an offering you already hold a position in adds to that position rather than starting a new one, subject to the same limits as any other purchase.
The payment currency picker shows a currency I don't actually hold. Is that a mistake?
No. The picker lists every currency the offering currently accepts, regardless of what your connected wallet holds; it does not check your balance before showing the option. Confirming a purchase with insufficient balance fails at the on-chain step, and the Console decodes and shows the specific revert reason the same way it does for any other failed purchase, so the failure is explained rather than silent.
